We are facing unprecedented challenges in every area of life today and the one thing that the church can do is pray. Prayer can change everything. Prayer unleashes the hand and power of God to work in ways beyond our human understanding. Many in the church today feel as though there is little if anything that can be done to stem the tide of sin, chaos, fear, violence, anger, and the deterioration of our society. We can do what Jeremiah the prophet was challenged to do, “Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know.” Jeremiah 33:3. So church, let’s pray.
